状況: AIの提案が自信ありげで、そのまま従ってよいのか自分では判断しづらい。
やったこと: 提案を受けたら、続けて「その案に対する一番強い反論は? どんな事実や数字が分かれば結論が変わる?」と同じチャットで聞く。
結果・ポイント: 賛成意見だけでは判断材料として片手落ち。反論と「何が分かれば覆るか」まで揃うと、思いつきが検討済みの案に変わる。別のAIにレビューさせる方法(別のコツ)より手軽な、その場でできる簡易版。

Situation: AI’s recommendation sounds confident, and you can’t easily judge whether to just follow it.
What to do: After any recommendation, follow up in the same chat: “What’s the strongest argument against this? And what fact or number, if true, would change your conclusion?”
Result / key point: A case with only arguments in favor is half a case. Once you have the counterargument and the conditions that would overturn it, a hot take becomes a considered option. Think of it as the lightweight, same-chat version of the second-AI review.
